Terms of service

1. Who you're contracting with

Piper is a product of Agentic AI Adoption Now, operated by Intelligence Technology Laboratories LLC ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or subscribing, you ("you", "the business") agree to these terms.

2. What the service is

Piper is a software service that answers inbound conversations on the channels you connect, answers questions using the knowledge you provide, books meetings on the calendar you connect, and writes summaries back to your records.

Piper is software, not a person, and not a licensed professional. She does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulated advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge, pricing, and policies you train her on.

3. Price, billing and cancellation

The subscription is $599 per month for one Piper seat, billed monthly in advance to the payment method you provide. Add-ons are billed at the rates shown on the pricing page.

Creating a workspace and configuring Piper is free. Billing starts when you activate the subscription.

You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Piper keeps working until then. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required.

4. Your data

Your business knowledge, conversations, contacts, and recordings belong to you. We process them to run the service on your behalf.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train third-party foundation models.

You can export your data and request deletion at any time. On cancellation we retain data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then delete it.

5. Calls, recordings and consent

You are responsible for complying with call recording, messaging, and consent laws in the places you do business, including obtaining consent where required.

You control the disclosure Piper reads at the start of calls and chats. Do not disable a disclosure your jurisdiction requires.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Piper for unsolicited outbound campaigns, deceptive claims, harassment, or anything unlawful. Piper is an inbound rep and is not built or licensed for cold outreach.

We may suspend a workspace that puts our carriers, deliverability, or other customers at risk.

7. Guardrails and human handoff

Piper follows the guardrails you set: discount limits, refusal rules, escalation triggers, and quiet hours. Every guardrail decision is logged.

Guardrails reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. Review the audit log and keep a human reachable for conversations that need one.

8. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party phone, calendar, email, and CRM providers can fail independently of us.

9. No guarantee of results

Numbers shown in demonstrations, calculators, and marketing material are illustrative estimates based on inputs, not promises of revenue, bookings, or savings.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the workspace at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
